This morning my mom was having a hard time waking up.
"I need to wake up," she said to me in her silk flower nightie.
"Put your coffee down," I told her.
Then I screamed from two feet away from her, attempting to scare the shit out of her.
"Well, I'm more awake than I was," she said ten minutes later.
It's going to be a good day!
